House OPENINGS
Please keep the windows/doors closed when the AC/heating is on, and lock all the doors each time you leave the house.
BATHROOM
Please use the exhaust fan while in use and leave door open as much as possible to help with ventilation.
FIRE
Do not leave unattended.
On DEPARTURE Day
– Remove all trash and place IN BAGS (nothing loose) in trash can outside next to carport.
– Turn off AC or set Heater at 60 during winter months before you leave.

Payment
Payment Terms
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% percent is due 60 days before arrival.
For bookings made fewer than 60 days before arrival, the full amount is charged immediately.
48-Hour Grace Period
If you book at least 7 days before your arrival:
You may cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and receive a 100 % refund of all payments received.
After this grace period, the standard cancellation policy applies.

After the 48-hour grace period:
More than 60 days before arrival
The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
Any amount you have paid above the deposit will be refunded.
60 days or fewer before arrival
The stay becomes 100% non-refundable.
No refund will be issued for any reason, including late arrival, early departure or travel changes.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Missed or Failed Payments
If the 70 % balance payment fails when due:
You will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. Email reminders will be sent automatically.
If payment is still not received after 7 days, the booking will be cancelled, and the cancellation rules listed above will apply as of that date.
