Before Booking
- Ours rates depend on the number of guests (for example 8 guests pay less than 16). Extra fees per night per guest after 10 guests. Maximim is 16 (14 adults), no exception.
- Please make sure to agree with our House Rules (a 250 EUROs Security Deposit will be require at the time of booking)
- You will be asked to sign a standard SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT to confirm your reservation

Travelers’ Access

GUESTS
A complete list of all guests will be required prior to your arrival. The number of guests must match the reservation, and any changes need to be approved in advance. No outside visitors are allowed—only registered guests from the reservation are permitted. All guests must sleep in the designated bedrooms, and no one is allowed to sleep on the couches or set up extra beds. We reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property if unregistered guests are found or if the guest limit is exceeded. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed.
ANIMAL
If we have approved a pet (only one per family), please follow the specific pet guidelines that will be provided prior to your arrival.
CHECKin/CHECKout
Check-in is after 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, this may be arranged based on availability, with potential additional fees.
House OPENINGS
Please keep all doors and windows closed when the heating is on, and ensure the main door is locked each time you leave. (Specific instructions for the sunroom glass doors are available in the house manual on using the QR Code provided.)
FIRE
Fires should never be left unattended. Fireplace use is only allowed with prior approval and under specific safety conditions. Please clean the BBQ and any fireplaces after use.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including in the sunrooms.
On DEPARTURE Day
Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink when you leave, and empty your garbage cans into the containers outside (please pay special attention to recycling instructions, NO Glass in our containers)

Security deposit
At the time of booking, we will send you a link to enable us to collect a deposit of 250 euros per booking. This deposit is required and will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure, once the house has been inspected.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation either within 48 hours of booking (only for bookings with arrival in more than 48 hours), or 30 days prior to arrival.
