Important Information
- Ours rates depend on the number of guests (for exemple 4 guests pay less than 10). Extra fees per night per guest after 4 guests. Maximum is 10 persons (8 adults), no exception.
- Please make sure to agree with our House Rules (a 250 EURO Security Deposit will be required at the time of booking)
- You will be asked to sign a standard SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT to confirm your reservation

Travelers’ Access
- Up to 10 people (8 adults). A detailed guests’list is required prior to arrival and can be modified until the last minute. Outside guests are not permitted.
- Arrival after 5 p.m., departure before 11 a.m. (Possible additional costs if you wish to arrive before or leave later)
- Self check-in process and walk through/handover of keys in person at end of your stay

GUESTS
A complete list of all guests will be required prior to your arrival. The number of guests must match the reservation, and any changes need to be approved in advance. No outside visitors are allowed—only registered guests from the reservation are permitted. All guests must sleep in the designated bedrooms, and no one is allowed to sleep on the couches or set up extra beds. We reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property if unregistered guests are found or if the guest limit is exceeded. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed.
ANIMAL
If we have approved a pet (only one per family), please follow the specific pet guidelines that will be provided prior to your arrival.
CHECKin/CHECKout
Check-in is after 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, this may be arranged based on availability, with potential additional fees.
House OPENINGS
Please keep all doors and windows closed when the heating is on, and ensure the main door is locked each time you leave. (Specific instructions for the sunroom glass doors are available in the house manual or on the QR code provided.)
FIRE
Fires should never be left unattended. Fireplace use is only allowed with prior approval and under specific safety conditions. Please clean the BBQ and any fireplaces after use.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including in the sunrooms.
On DEPARTURE Day
Upon check-out, please ensure there are no dirty dishes left in the sink and that all trash is taken to the outside bins. Be mindful of recycling guidelines (NO GLASS in our containers, specific recyclying at the bottom of the street)
Thank you for your understanding.
Security deposit
At the time of booking, we will send you a link to enable us to collect a deposit of 250 euros per booking. This deposit is required and will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure, once the house has been inspected.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation either within 48 hours of booking (only for bookings with arrival in more than 48 hours), or 30 days prior to arrival.
