- We will share with you our experience of the island on our patio facing the sea and answer any special request you might have. We do not serve breakfast.

Travelers’ Access
- Enjoy complete independence during your stay with your own key to enter and exit the apartment at your convenience.
- Access your private guest suite through a separate entrance for maximum privacy. The condo is exceptionally spacious, ensuring that even though you’re staying in a shared apartment, the bedrooms are located on opposite sides to maintain privacy.No need to worry about bathroom or kitchen sharing—your suite includes private amenities for your exclusive use.
- Arrival after 5 p.m., departure before 11 a.m.
Please note: This guest room is not recommended for guests with limited mobility due to stairs to access the apartment.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% percent is due 60 days before arrival.
For bookings made fewer than 60 days before arrival, the full amount is charged immediately.
48-Hour Grace Period
If you book at least 7 days before your arrival:
You may cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and receive a 100 % refund of all payments received.
After this grace period, the standard cancellation policy applies.

After the 48-hour grace period:
More than 60 days before arrival
The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
Any amount you have paid above the deposit will be refunded.
60 days or fewer before arrival
The stay becomes 100% non-refundable.
No refund will be issued for any reason, including late arrival, early departure or travel changes.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Missed or Failed Payments
If the 70 % balance payment fails when due:
You will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. Email reminders will be sent automatically.
If payment is still not received after 7 days, the booking will be cancelled, and the cancellation rules listed above will apply as of that date.

AC and OPENINGS
Always close all windows, lock the entrance door and turn off AC units each time you leave for the day. The AC refreshes the area quickly once you are back in. Alternatively, we have celling fans and mosquitoes screens at the window. Make sure that windows are always closed when the AC is on (including in the bathroom).
SAND
The shower drain may clog if sand gets inside. To prevent this, we’ve provided a brush at the entrance for you to use to clean the sand off your feet in the parking lot before entering the apartment.
On DEPARTURE Day
– Please empty all trash bins in the container outside prior to your departure (recycling policy in place).
– Gather dirty linens and towels and put on top of washing machine
NO SMOKING (including at the window or on the parking lot)
