Options include:
Seated indoor meditation session (1h30)
€35 per person for groups of 5 to 9 adults
Outdoor meditation walk (1h30)
€35 per person for groups of 5 to 14 adults
(garden or directly from the house, dunes, and beach)
Half-day or full-day programs
(adapted for individuals, families, friends, and corporate seminars)
Options include: executive committee facilitation, effective communication workshop, emotional intelligence coaching (up to 9 adults)

Activities are available in both French and English, indoors at the villa and outdoors (garden, dunes, and beach).

Information:
Meditation trains our minds to redirect thoughts, welcome emotions, and feel bodily sensations for better balance, improved decision-making, enhanced confidence, and mental well-being. It is a simple practice for developing present-moment awareness, relaxation, letting go, and listening to oneself. Meditation fosters inner peace, energy, mental wellness, and better sleep. No experience required—open to all. Beyond enjoying personal time, it is about being fully present, non-judgmentally aware. For companies, meditation also enhances team connection by cultivating relationships.

Sonia Kofman, PhD in Pharmacy, HEC Master’s degree, with 17 years of corporate experience in France and abroad, is a certified professional coach specializing in emotional intelligence and a mindfulness meditation facilitator.

Workshop Facilitation
Sonia Kofman prepares, organizes, and leads workshops and full days on mindfulness meditation and emotional intelligence development. During the day, she offers theory, discussions, and a variety of meditation practices such as mindful walking, breathing exercises, body awareness, relaxation, writing, conscious communication, mindful eating, seated meditation, movement meditation like slow dance or yoga, as well as silent and guided practices. She adapts the type of meditation, using scientifically validated protocols, to meet your needs, whether for individual groups or companies.
