Important Information
- Our rates depend on the number of guests/rooms. Booking for 2 guests is cheaper than booking for 4 guests and will give you access to ONE bedroom/one bath. If you are 2 persons and want to have access to both bedrooms/bathrooms, please book for 3 guests instead of 2.
Maximum is 4 guests and one baby, no exception. - Please make sure to agree with our House Rules (a 250 EUROS Security Deposit is required at the time of booking.)
- You will be asked to sign a standard SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT to confirm your reservation

Travelers’ Access
- Up to 4 people and a baby: a detailed guests’list is required prior to arrival and can be modified until the last minute. Outside guests not permitted.

At the time of booking, we will send you a link to enable us to collect a deposit of 250 euros per booking. This deposit is required and will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure, once the house has been inspected.

Free cancellation either within 48 hours of booking (only for bookings with arrival in more than 48 hours), or 30 days prior to arrival.

GUESTS
A complete list of all guests will be required prior to your arrival. The number of guests must match the reservation, and any changes need to be approved in advance. No outside visitors are allowed—only registered guests from the reservation are permitted. All guests must sleep in the designated bedrooms, and no one is allowed to sleep on the couches or set up extra beds. We reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property if unregistered guests are found or if the guest limit is exceeded. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed.
ANIMAL
If we have approved a pet (only one per family), please follow the specific pet guidelines that will be provided prior to your arrival.
CHECKin/CHECKout
Check-in is after 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, this may be arranged based on availability, with potential additional fees.
AC and OPENINGS
Always ensure that all windows and sliding doors are closed, take the AC key with you, turn off all fans, and lock the entrance door every time you leave the apartment. When the AC is running in the bedrooms, please make sure that all windows and doors are securely closed.
SAND
The shower drains may clog if sand gets inside. To prevent this, we’ve provided a brush at the entrance for you to use to clean the sand off your feet in the parking lot before entering the apartment.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including at the windows or on the parking lot.
QUIET TIME
After 9 PM. If we receive noise complaints from neighbors, we may have to ask you to vacate the property.
On DEPARTURE Day
Upon check-out, please ensure there are no dirty dishes left in the sink and that all trash is taken to the outside bins. Be mindful of recycling guidelines.
